Loyers, locataires, suivi du logement : déléguez la gestion à un interlocuteur identifié. Vous disposez de comptes rendus et d'un mandat qui précise les prestations, les honoraires et les décisions qui vous reviennent.
Le mandat de gestion fixe précisément les actes délégués, leur fréquence et leurs limites. Le seuil de travaux engagés sans accord préalable est fixé avec vous, selon vos décisions.
Les plafonds légaux limitent la part du locataire pour les prestations partageables ; ils ne fixent pas le tarif adopté par le cabinet et n’imposent pas un partage égal. Le barème, les frais à la charge de chaque partie et toute proposition de relocation offerte doivent être précisés avant signature.

Loyers, contentieux, protection juridique et dégradations : la brochure présente plusieurs garanties. Leur étendue, leurs plafonds, franchises et exclusions doivent être confirmés par le contrat actuellement proposé.
Réservée aux biens sous mandat de gestion, après acceptation du dossier par l’assureur. La déduction des primes dépend du régime fiscal applicable ; elle n’est pas un remboursement de leur coût.

Le territoire, la commune, le type de bien, sa situation et votre besoin suffisent pour commencer la préparation. Les pièces nécessaires à une mission seront définies avec vous ; le site ne vous demande aucun justificatif à téléverser.
